New Moms and New Families

No one knows what an adventure pregnancy, post partum, and new family life is like until you’re in the thick of it! I know before I had kids I thought my training was enough, but once I experienced it first hand it made me an even more successful therapist.

Navigating your changing body, hormones, and all the joys and pitfalls of pregnancy is something that you should not have to experience alone. Adjustment to the post partum period and your new role as a parent is something you should not have to experience on your own. Families who are adding a new sibling can face additional challenges, and any challenging experience could always benefit from additional support.

College Aged Students and Young Adults

Your late teens into your twenties and thirties is a unique, and often stressful time. Challenges could include choosing college majors to finding a career you are passionate about, or perhaps navigating the adult child/parent relationship. Having additional support during this time can make your choices seem less daunting.
